Residency - Dance Divine
Producer and performer Dance Divine grows musical sets from chanting their poetry/lyrics through a techno live mix. They traverse the world and stage a unique performance. Their first solo EP “Labour” was self-released in 2020. “Transmutations” on DURCH Label and “Salvation” on WARRIOR Records are two successful EPs the artist was invited to create for these labels in 2022. They released a few singles in the meantime.
An amazing amount of collaborations have curved the path to international success and yearly touring spaces. Their music has been played by djs like Ellen Alien, Metaraph, Dj Gigola, Spfdj, and many more. The artist invests themselves into festivals, clubs and meaningful art galleries experiences. They love to redefine spaces and expand gatherings into celebration.
HORA is a new long-term sustainable project by the artist Dance Divine that aims to be transmedia and multiform. During the complementary residencies in 2025 at KUFA, Dance Divine and their team will develop writing and performance. The first residency will be based on the writing of the show as well as the design of a scenography.
